1. Right of Refusal
Handy Dad reserves the sole and absolute discretion to accept or reject any request for repairs, modifications, or "fixes" related to the services rendered.
2. Limitation of Liability for Subsequent Issues
Handy Dad shall not be obligated to rectify issues arising from:
Third-Party Intervention: Any attempt by the Client or a third party to modify, repair, or alter the work performed.
Misuse or Neglect: Damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, or failure to follow provided instructions.
External Factors: Issues caused by environmental conditions, wear and tear, or underlying pre-existing site conditions not disclosed at the time of service.
3. Assessment of Claims
Any request for a "fix" or adjustment must be submitted in writing within 3 days of the service date. Upon receipt, we will evaluate the request.
If the issue is determined to be a direct result of faulty workmanship, we may choose to remedy the issue at no cost.
If the issue is determined to be outside the original scope of work, we reserves the right to decline the request or provide a new quote for additional services.
4. Finality of Completion
Once the client has signed off on the work or made final payment, the services are deemed accepted "as-is." Any further work requested thereafter will be treated as a new service engagement and may be subject to additional fees.
